It seems like I really was growing up instead of out last month. Mummy weighed me when we were at Mother's Group on Wednesday and I was exactly 6.500 kg - so I had gained a solid 190 g in a week. That's more than I put on all last month! The nurse said that babies often grow either up or out, not both at once, so maybe last month was my month for getting taller, and this month I'll get heavier.
