And no rice cereal either, thanks
I had a lovely play with a pink and purple spoon yesterday, grabbing it and putting it in my mouth. The only problem was that it came with rice cereal as well. I tried to cunningly wipe off the rice cereal a couple of times before putting the spoon in my mouth (hopefully Mummy thinks this was just coincidental hand movement) but I still ended up eating some and it was ALARMING. I didn't cry, but looked around with a shocked and horrified expression and tried to work out what this STUFF was that I couldn't get away from without swallowing. Ewww! I think I've conveyed my thoughts adequately to Mummy and she's promised not to give me any more before the weekend. Jenny, the nurse at Mother's Group today, suggested that I could have my own spoon to play with and Mummy could use a different one. Good plan! (Hopefully Mummy understands that spoons are more fun just on their own, without any "edible" additions.)

Aloha DJ,
Sorry to hear your solids aren't going down well - well, or at all.
Uncle Chris and I are in Darwin where the sun is shining and the air is filled with the smell of frangipanis!
Love and warm bellykisses,
Aunty Ferg xo
