I loved Costa Rica! There were fun things like see-saws (that made me giggle!) and boats (that made me wet!). I loved watching the water go past when we went on boat trips. My favourite thing was when the boat went really fast and I could dip my hand over the side into the water – super splashy! And I loved being able to run around lots in gardens and on trails. There was lots of food I liked too – especially beans! I liked using my fingers to pick up each bean individually. Delicious! All that fun made me a bit tired sometimes, but I can go to sleep anywhere so when I wanted to I just had a little nap. Zzzzzzzz.
I made a bit of a discovery on our holiday – I like the beach! I've never been quite comfortable with sand before, and a bit nervous about waves, but now I think that digging and splashing are really fun. Daddy took me for a swoosh and a swim in the deeper part of the sea and I didn't want to stop! We're going to go to the beach at home lots this summer.
I liked lots of the animals we saw as well. Costa Rica has lots of amazing wildlife! My favourite was the rabbit.
