My first day at daycare

I've visited daycare lots of times to drop off and pick up Daniel, but on Friday afternoon I had my first turn at playing there in my own room! I'm going to be in the little kids room every Friday from now on. For my first afternoon, Mummy stayed with me in the room while I crawled to every corner. So many interesting things to explore! I liked climbing on the slide outside, driving lots of different trucks, and exploring the pine cones and dinosaurs in the prehistoric display. Actually I liked the dinosaur area so much that I climbed in there with them! Mummy and I are going back a bit earlier next Friday so I can have my afternoon sleep in my cot there – it's already got my name on it! And my best sleeping friend Rabbit will come with me too.

These pictures are actually from earlier in the week when Daniel was at daycare and Mummy and I were hanging out together, just the two of us. It was super hot but just as we caught the tram into the city the cool change came through. I loved the wind!
