As soon as we woke up from our naps yesterday we whisked off to the beach for dinner because it was soooo hot! On the tram I met Charlie the rainbow lorikeet who travelled in his own shopping bag. His owners got him out onto his branch and offered to let me scratch his orange chest feathers! But I was happy just to look. It was nice and breezy by the sea and I enjoyed my chips and even a bit of d'lish fish, then had a lovely dig and crawl in the sand.
