I keep meaning to mention that I had a couple of weigh-ins last week – I'm now more than 5 kg! On Monday last week I had my 8-week check-up with the nurse, and I was 4.9 kg and 58 cm long. That's about the 30th percentile for weight, and the 60th percentile for length, so I've kept on track with my measurements from a few weeks ago. Then last Friday I had a follow-up appointment with the paediatrician who looked after me when I was born. He's so nice. I loved smiling at him! And the feed Mummy gave me in the waiting room before our appointment paid off – I was 30 g over the 5 kg mark! My next nurse appointment will be a double appointment with Daniel - I will be 3 months old just before he turns 2 (imagine being that old!) so we're going to get measured side by side.
