Last weekend I helped Dad build our new veggie garden.
We measured very carefully and marked where the holes needed to go, then I put on my safety googles all ready for drilling.
I decided that our two wood scraps were walkie talkies. Luckily, I like to wear my pants backwards sometimes so that I have lots of pockets, so I had a "front" pocket that was perfect for my walkie talkie! This weekend we're going to the nursery to get the rest of the veggie garden stuff. I've told Mum that I'd like to grow tomatoes – not that I eat them that much, but I like the idea. We'll see how they go!
