On the hunt

I did lots of egg hunting over Easter! Some older girls hid eggs for us kids at an Easter Saturday picnic, and then on Easter Sunday the rabbit himself came to hide eggs in the Carlton Gardens next to the museum! Aunty Ferg had made boxes for me and her nice friend Mattie to use for collecting eggs (Ben had one too, but he preferred to stay on the picnic rug). Then, when we came back from the playground, the Easter Bunny had visited! It was very exciting, not only because there were so many eggs to find but because the Easter Bunny had stayed around and was dropping eggs from the trees! That's a bit different! (I say that a lot at the moment.)

After Mattie and I found all the eggs we did some wrestling with Uncle Chris (we totally won, although it's true he was already lying down) and some good running to a sign and back. I hope we can play again soon!
