My reaction to solid food varies. It used to range from torturous to loathsome, but now I am more adventurous in my tastes and my opinion moves more between humph and OH WOW YES PLEASE MORE! I tried a few new foods this week and can report that banana is the new pear. Or rather, it is the old pear, as I do not really care for it. I grudgingly ate a little bit, just to show Daddy I was paying attention, but frankly I found it fairly humph.
Pumpkin, however, is AMAZING! I LOVE it! I do prefer foods that are orange, but even among orange foods pumpkin is my undisputed king. Mummy and Daddy agree that only verb to describe my eating of pumpkin is wolf. I WOLF it down. Mummy had to do an extra cube the first night, because I finished so quickly and still wanted more. The next night Daddy put the last pumpkin cube in with some potato to stretch it out further but that delicious pumpkin taste was unmistakable and I wolfed it too. Can you think of any more orange foods I should try?

What about rockmelon, orange juice (home made), & possibly but I'm not sure on swede.
Then there's marrow which is a pale lemon.
In the summertime I reckon apricot would go well.

After a good sleep I've just thought of paw paw as well!
.....and then there's persimmon. Parsnip although pale is always nice mashed in with carrot.
